Our representatives are trained in our classrooms to shape their skills, capabilities, values and strategies to align with your company culture.

Quality Assurance

We work closely with you to develop and deliver a quality plan that aligns with your core business objectives. Our quality assurance specialists are completely independent of our daily operations departments and provide unbiased feedback and quality scores to our operations supervisors and management Team. Team member coaching can be conducted or other corrective measures can be taken as required should scores not meet expectations.

Dedicated Support Options

We offer priority support options that may include supervisors and representatives dedicated to your company should you wish to have your support center separate from other Clients.

Performance Training

We have developed and utilize a proactive approach to Customer Service training that focuses on customer experience “soft skills” and use of standard tools. We supplement this foundation with material customized for each client, leveraging client-developed material, our custom training materials or a hybrid of both.
