About Us

Next Level Support Centers was founded over 5 years ago. We strongly believe in the principles of providing quality support to our Clients and always working together as a Team. We believe that it is important, and it will always be our goal at Next Level Support Centers, to have integrity, community spirit, and corporate responsibility. 


After spending over 30 years in the technology industry, building and supporting large corporate networks, our Founder, Gary Plott, knew he could forge a Team that would provide the highest level of support and valued service for our Clients. Today we have grown from a group of 2 people (including Gary!) to over 30 Team Members.  


When Next Level Support Centers first started in 2017, we had a physical office where it was a lot easier to practice Team dynamics but when Covid-19 became a pandemic, we chose to send everyone home to safely work remotely with the security that the Team would remain strong and our jobs would remain safe. 


Thankfully we have weathered the storm and our productivity has exceeded our expectations leading us to the decision that we will remain a remote work company. This is due in large part to the Team Members here at Next Level Supports Centers and our continued commitment to providing quality support.
